Each time we pass through an airport we are surrounded by strangers; strangers that tell a story. It may be your story, their story or one you want to believe is theirs.
Every day we interact with strangers, and every now and then a stranger will simply 'make your day'.
Remember back when your best friend was once a stranger? My best friend will often, fondly recall the terrifying moment a loud obnoxious stranger came barreling through the theatre doors yelling instructions down the phone to an incompetent assistant, who in the same breath ended a phone conversation and introduced herself with total aplomb. She knew at that moment that this particular stranger was someone who was a little different to anyone else she had met, let alone befriend. Thirteen years and many emotions and trips to the airport later she tells she could never imagine her life without the woman who was once at total stranger. Ditto.
We are all experts at being Strangers, as well as observing Strangers in action. This is my way of sharing those stories and observations.
When you least expect it, it will be a Stranger that makes your day.
