I love being part of bringing strangers together. One of my besties and I had arranged an all female gathering for this afternoon; as a result two groups of friends who had never met came together. What eventuated was the beginning of some great friendships!

Strangers you never wish to meet again...
As we learn to trust our intuition you quickly discover there are some strangers you hope you never have to spend time with again.

Stranger in a lift....
I love it when you are in a lift and a total stranger tells you she loves your dress! How good does that make you feel?

I love when you are out with friends chilling at a cafe and a stranger, or two picks up on your conversation and feels compelled to offer comment. Thank stranger ladies who brought another smile to my face!
And thank you to the handsome European waiter who shared one of the sexiest smiles I've seen of late.

Today I watched strangers line up for free food..... some chatted, some waited patiently, while others became impatient waiting for free food. The ones i found especially interesting were the individuals who were not happy that some of the sausages were burnt! What ever happened to gratitude?
Next time a stranger offers you free food don't be afraid to show some simple old fashioned manners and just say thank you. It's free.

Midnite coffees for a stranger....
Thank you strangers at Perth airport who reminded me just how special it is to express one's self in a random act of kindness. In front of me at the cafe a young American tourist ordered two lattes, with three shots of expresso; to help keep him and his girlfriend awake till their flight left six hours later. When it came time to pay the assistant told him it was cash only. The ATM was a fair distance away and before I knew it I'd offered to pay for his coffees. I have no regrets as I came away feeling as if I had given someone an amazing gift. The young man could not believe a total stranger would give so freely; the coffee maker said in all the time she had worked at the airport she had never had anyone pay for a strangers coffee.
For me, it was simple. I expected and want nothing in return. I just felt it was the right thing to do; to help out a fellow human.
I thank you stranger at the airport, as it has me thinking how many other's out there perform such random acts of kindness?
